The storage place is too limited in my steel storage shed that I have converted into a woodworking workshop. It is critical now to have some additional storage place. So I decided to build a small storage room, The size is 8'x4', just the size of a plywood.
Since I don't have a pick up truck, I have to use my car to carry the construction materials, including OSB board, stud, shingles etc.
Then start to build the foundation. I now know that I should use pressure treated wood to make the base. However, it is above the earth by the bricks, so it should be fine for some time.
The foundation frame is then covered with a layer of pine board, and a layer of OSB board. Fastened to the frames by both nails and long screws.
Frames are premade by nails and screws, and then placed on the foundation.
The fames are fastened together using screws, a level is used to make sure that it is vertical and true.
Now start to make roof frames.
The frams are finally finished.
